Main activities and responsibilities at FUC

My teaching is focused on the areas of theoretical computer science and computational mathematics. Courses that I have taught include Algorithms and Complexity, Numerical Methods, Discrete Mathematics, Programming Languages, Calculus I and II, and Linear Algebra with MATLAB.
My research work is in theoretical computer science and participated, in collaboration with other members of the faculty, in research projects in the areas of Optimization and Machine Learning.
